Valentine's Dinner Menu at Symposium


Love is in the air at Symposium! We’re offering a delectable Valentine’s prix fixe dinner menu on 2/9-2/10 AND from 2/14-2/17. Chef Tray has prepared options for a fabulous 3-course meal, designed for two people, for $100. Reservations can be made by calling during business hours (716) 288-7777, or email us at symposiumwine14086@gmail.com. Walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability.

Includes two beverages from our wine by-the-glass, beer, cocktail or mocktail menu. Excludes wine flights.

First course: choose one to share

Oysters on the half shell - 1/2 dozen fresh oysters with pomegranate mignonette

Blood orange salad - baby spinach/arugula/feta/olives/blood orange/blood orange vinaigrette

Salmon crudo - house-cured salmon/citrus vinaigrette/herbs

Second course: choose two

Chicken marsala - chicken breast/mushroom medley/house-made marsala sauce/garlic mash

Mushroom and kale gnocchi - sauteed kale and mushroom blend/walnuts/blue cheese crumbles/cream sauce

Pasta pescatore - clams/mussels/shrimp/fettuccini/cream sauce/fresh herbs

Third course: choose one to share

Berry crumble - Mixed berries/cinnamon oat crumble

Flourless chocolate torte - rich, chocolate torte/macerated strawberries/whipped cream (Gabrielle’s Bakery)

Raspberry white chocolate cheesecake (Gabrielle’s Bakery)
