Wine and Small Plate Pairing with Mary Taylor from Mary Tayor Wine
GET TICKETS HERE
Join us for this exclusive wine and small-plate pairing with Mary Taylor from Mary Taylor wine! Mary is an innovative importer who learned to appreciate wine in the “Old World” way— not as a luxury good reserved for special occasions, but a living agricultural product that belongs to everyday life. She thinks of wine as a form of liquid culture, reflecting the people and places where it has been lovingly crafted for generations. It is her team's mission to unlock the world of European “appellation” wines by working with individual growers in multiple villages—each Mary Taylor Wine has been selected as a faithful ambassador of its geographical origin, true to local traditions and the vision of the individual farmer who bottled it.
This is a 5-course pairing event, with specially-selected wines from the Mary Taylor line, and small plate pairings crafted by Chef Tray from Symposium Wine Bar.
Wines to be featured include:
Benjamin Ravier Chignin Vin de Savoie
Domaine Passy Le Clou Chablis
Sicilia Annamaria Sala Rosso
Duoro Filipe Ferreira Tinto
Veneto Frizzante Brescia Bianco
Each wine will be perfectly paired with a small-plate created by Chef Tray. Following the event, the bar will open for guests to purchase additional beverages until 10 p.m. GET TICKETS HERE
